12:00 – 12:45 pm Mid-day Hatha yoga with Sandi

Tuesday’s Mindful Hatha Yoga class , with Sandi, will offer each student the freedom and the space to become  more aware in movement, posture and breath. Practicing yoga with gentle postures, breath work, energy awareness and Ahimsa, loving kindness, will allow each student to go deeply and safely into their practice.
