Sound Healing and vibration have been used in Native cultures for healing the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. The use of singing bowls, drumming and other native instruments moves energy and brings the body into balance with the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. The use of sound helps with Anxiety, Sleep disorder, Depression, Stress, Back Pain, Headache, and numerous other emotional and physical ailments. Sound sends a vibration through the body which helps bring the body from the conscious state (alpha) to the theta state (meditation) or sleep state (delta), in doing so the body is able to go from a state of stress and tension to a state of peace and balance.
