We are adding NEW classes to our schedule and a few classes will be moving to different day and times.
Here is what we are adding and what is moving:
On Monday and Thursday we are adding Mediation with Mark James Fischler! Monday Meditation will be 7:00 – 8:00 pm and on Thursday Meditation will be 9:30 – 10:30 am! This is going to be an AMAZING class, you won’t want to miss it!!!
Meditation, The Journey of Spiritual Awareness – Eastern and Western traditions since at least 6,000 years ago have taken on the journey of engaging in practices to help us find out who we are, helping us to learn our ultimate purpose. It is the essential journey of inner exploration that every human on some level must face. This ongoing class will delve into practices that will help us begin our journey of self-inquiry and understanding. Through practices of meditation, contemplation, and community connection we will begin the journey of a lifetime of understanding who we are and what is our ultimate purpose.
On Tuesday we are adding another class with Sandra Powers! YAY!!! 9:30 – 10:45 am Mindful Hatha Yoga
Mindful Yoga: Tuesday’s Mindful Hatha Yoga class, with Sandra, will offer each student the freedom and the space to become more aware in movement, posture and breath. Practicing yoga with gentle postures, breath work, energy awareness and Ahimsa, loving kindness, will allow each student to go deeply and safely into their practice.
