Meditation, The Journey of Spiritual Awareness: Eastern and Western traditions since at least 6,000 years ago have taken on the journey of engaging in practices to help us find out who we are, helping us to learn our ultimate purpose. It is the essential journey of inner exploration that every human on some level must face. This ongoing class will delve into practices that will help us begin our journey of self-inquiry and understanding. Through practices of meditation, contemplation, and community connection we will begin the journey of a lifetime of understanding who we are and what is our ultimate purpose.
