Gentle Yoga for Flexibility and Rejuvenation: (6 week series starts Sept. 20th 10:30 – 11:30 am) with Sandra Powers
This gentle class is a great form of exercise for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, mobility, strength and balance through low impact movement. We will explore stretches and postures, at a slower pace, that are suitable for beginners and anyone interested in slowing their practice down to work comfortably with their own bodies. Along with movement, breathing techniques and meditation will be introduced to enhance this relaxing and rejuvenating practice.
