Things are heating up at Satya – and some schedule reminders!

Hot Yoga with Suzanne starts tonight 5:30 – 7 pm


Reminder Saturday Morning Yoga now starts at 8:30 am!

Meditation with Linda starts this coming Tuesday, this class will be held on Sept. 18th, 25th, Oct. 6th, 16th & 23rd from 4:30 – 5:30 and is a donation based class.

Gentle Yoga for Flexibility and Rejuvenation starts on Thursday! 

This 6 week series runs every Thursday Sept. 20th through Oct. 25th 10:30 – 11:30 am with Sandi.  This class is for EVERYBODY regardless of age or ability.   Ease joint pain, increase mobility, release tension in body and align with you breath.  Sandi will guide you through this gentle class leaving you feel rejuvenated and restored!  Sign for the series or drop in when you can!
