Tween Yoga Class

Pre-Teen and Teen Yoga 

November 10th 12:15 – 1:15 pm


Pre-teens and teens will come together in a non-competitive environment to practice yoga, learn mindfulness meditation, and breathing techniques to help calm and restore the body, as well as engage in Mindful Art and Self-Reflection Activities, such as journaling or making a collage (vision board) that describes them. Most of all, we will have fun while learning new methods for creating calm amidst the chaos of life! The idea with this class will be to get to know ones inner-self, and explore how we can relate to the rest of the world.
